How Bridge & Graduation Support works

Over six sessions, we assess what's working post-ABA, rebuild family routines, strengthen communication and regulation, align caregiver responses, and put a long-term support plan in place — so your family doesn't have to figure this out alone.

Transition & assess the family system

We process the transition out of ABA, identify strengths and stress points, and set a "family vision" for what daily life looks like now — without full-time services.

Rebuild routines & independence

We strengthen morning, after-school, and bedtime routines and decide what prompts and supports can be faded or modified as independence grows.

Create a sustainable home plan

We align caregivers on responses, strengthen communication and co-regulation, support sibling needs, and build a clear plan for handling future setbacks.

We keep the exact internal coaching prompts inside sessions so your family plan stays tailored and practical.

Frequently asked questions

Do we need to have done ABA to qualify?

This program is specifically designed for families transitioning out of ABA who want a structured step-down plan and support maintaining the progress they've made.

Will you replace our old behavior plan?

We don't replace your clinical plan. We translate what you learned into a family-friendly system and routines you can maintain long-term without therapist support.
