Across four sessions, we build a foundation of emotional awareness, teach a small set of effective coping tools, practice a calm-down routine, and put it all into a simple plan your family can use at home and beyond.

Build awareness

We help children recognize and label feelings and body signals, so emotions feel understandable — not scary. Caregivers learn how to model emotion language in daily life.

Teach coping tools

We create a small "toolbox" of calming strategies and practice them while calm first, so they're easier to access later when emotions show up.

We build a simple calm-down routine, practice real scenarios, and create a plan that helps your child — and caregivers — recover, reset, and keep going.
